Support
One address reaches us, a person reads it, and here is how to make that exchange as short as possible.
Applies to This document covers every app, website, and service published by FrameFlow Tech, unless a specific product states otherwise on its own page.
How to reach us
Write to [email protected]. It covers every FrameFlow product — bug reports, questions, refund help, press, and privacy requests all arrive in the same inbox.
We are a small team in a single time zone, so replies are not instant. We aim to answer within two working days, and we do answer.
Reporting a problem
Most bugs are fixed quickly once they can be reproduced, and stall indefinitely when they cannot. If you can include the following, you will usually get a fix rather than a follow-up question:
- Which app, and its version number — you will find it on the app’s settings screen.
- Your device and OS version, for example “iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 26.1”.
- What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead.
- Whether it happens every time or only sometimes.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is something you can see.
Please do not send us photos or files that are private to you. We do not need your originals to fix a bug, and we would rather not hold them.
Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
Paid features are sold through the App Store, which means Apple holds the transaction and we do not.
- Restoring a purchase
- Use the restore option inside the app, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. If it still does not appear, write to us.
- Cancelling a subscription
- Manage it in your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves the period you have paid for intact.
- Refunds
- Request them from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue a refund for an App Store purchase, but tell us what went wrong — if it was our fault, we want to know regardless.
Your data
Our apps keep your content on your device, so deleting an app removes what it stored. Data you chose to sync lives in your own iCloud account and is removed through Apple’s settings.
To ask what personal information we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to the address above. We answer within 30 days, and the honest answer is often that we hold nothing that identifies you. The Privacy Policy explains what little there is.
Feature requests
Send them. We read every one, and a good share of what our apps do started as somebody’s email. We cannot promise a timeline, and we will say no to things that would make an app harder to use — but a clear description of the problem you are trying to solve is always worth more to us than a proposed solution.
