Terms of Service
The agreement between you and FrameFlow Tech covering our apps, this website, and the services behind them.
Applies to This document covers every app, website, and service published by FrameFlow Tech, unless a specific product states otherwise on its own page.
The agreement
These terms govern your use of the applications, websites, and services published by FrameFlow Tech ("FrameFlow", "we", "us"). By installing, opening, or using any of them, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the software.
A product may add terms of its own where it offers something these terms do not describe. Where that happens, the product-specific terms apply to that product; these terms continue to apply to everything else.
If you are using our software on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our software on devices you own or control, in the manner permitted by the platform’s usage rules. Apps distributed through the App Store are licensed, not sold, and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies except where these terms are more protective of you.
This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
- Remove or obscure any notice of ownership contained in it.
- Use it to build a competing product from our code or data.
Acceptable use
Use our software lawfully, and do not use it to infringe anyone else’s rights. Where a product provides an API or a data service, do not attempt to circumvent its rate limits, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use automated access to place a disproportionate load on our infrastructure.
We may limit or suspend access that threatens the stability or security of our services, or that we reasonably believe to be abusive.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features are sold through the App Store. Apple handles payment, and the price, currency, and applicable taxes are those shown to you at the time of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before it ends.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings — we cannot cancel them for you.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds are issued by Apple under its own policy. We are glad to help you make a case to Apple, but we cannot refund an App Store purchase ourselves.
Your content
Your files remain yours. Nothing in these terms gives us ownership of, or a licence to, the photos, videos, or documents you open in our software. Our photo tools read from your libraries on your device; we do not receive that content and could not use it if we wanted to.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Software that modifies, organises, or deletes files can do so incorrectly — including because of a bug on our side — and a current backup is the only reliable protection against that.
Our intellectual property
The software, its interface, our name, our logo, and the data sets we compile are owned by FrameFlow Tech or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms grant you a licence to use the software, and nothing more.
Product names, logos, and trade marks belonging to other companies remain theirs, and are used only to identify those companies’ products.
Third-party services
Our software interoperates with services we do not control, including the App Store, iCloud, and the marketplaces from which some of our products collect public information. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or their terms, and changes they make may affect what our software can do.
Where our services present price or product information collected from public sources, we do our best to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is either. Verify anything that matters before you act on it — a purchase decision is yours.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may discontinue a product. Where a discontinuation affects a subscription you have paid for, we will give reasonable notice and will not charge you for a period you cannot use.
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some downtime is inevitable, and some of it will not be ours to fix.
Disclaimer
Except where the law does not allow it, our software and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply to you only to the extent permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrameFlow Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or the cost of substitute software, arising from your use of or inability to use our software.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the product in the twelve months before the claim, or ten United States dollars.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Termination
You may stop using our software at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms — in most cases after telling you what the problem is and giving you a chance to fix it.
The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at FrameFlow Tech’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any mandatory right you have under the consumer protection law of your own country of residence, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts where that law gives it to you.
We would much rather sort a problem out by email than in a courtroom. Write to us first, and we will make a genuine attempt to resolve it.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms as our products change, and revise the date at the top of the page when we do. Material changes are announced in the app, on this site, or both. Continuing to use our software after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
